One word to describe this…Passionate!

Of course I can’t just leave it at that there is so much more going on that despite the fact that I could just shut up shop now you might not get the message. This is uber hot, I mean really, Tyler Dare will singe your fingers.

Ex-Military Tyler now owns and operates a private security company so when his sister tasked him with rescuing her bestie Ella from St Lucia, he was never going to refuse. Add the fact that he has a personal past with Ella and the story was beginning to take on a life of its own from the get go.

The past between the two of them left its mark, but when she sees that it is him that has come to her aid, can they put what happened behind them and move on. Yes, I know I am being deliberately vague but I can’t go telling you all the good bits, you need to read the book!

Now I will say that Tyler – oh my – I think every cell in his body is screaming ALPHA MALE because good god, he has it all and in spades.

The story that evolved was one that I hadn’t expected it was stacked and I do mean stacked with not only romance but passion, love, mystery and suspense. There are twists and turns that are impossible to predict and characters that will be impossible to forget.

This is an author who is very, very skilled in the seductive use of words, the power she wields is exceptional, her tone and lilt is crazy, there is not a word out of place or a word too many, she is economical with her vocabulary but when you’re able to say it right the first time, you don’t need unwarranted fluff!.

This is what I can only say is a beautifully written book and as an appreciative fan of the written word and not just the story those words tell, I thank the author for a story that was a delight to read.
