Womanizer

I think there is barely a word that this author has written that I haven’t absolutely devoured and drooled over, because while she is the mistress of the alpha male, she doesn’t dither with wishy washy women, she gives her leading ladies strength and an opportunity to show their mettle.
As with the rest of the books in this series, this was an absolute belter!! I loved it!
Olivia, is Tahoe’s little sister and after being turned down for a job close to home, Tahoe gives her a helping hand by lining up a three-month internship at his friend Callan’s firm, Carma Inc. Desperate to make her own way and to use the opportunity she has to prove that she has what it takes to make it in business, Olivia finds herself on Tahoe’s jet and on her way to Chicago.
Could she survive the city? Yep, sure looked that way
Could she see out the internship? Well she was certainly sharp enough
Could she survive Callan Carmichael? Well, that is the million-dollar question because after an unexpected meeting and a misunderstanding surrounding who exactly they were to each other, the fun and game of the two of them actually getting involved ensues -and OMG!
Callan is well known for his womanizing ways but can Olivia tame him? Would he let her in close enough to even stand a chance?
I got the feeling that the fact his friends were settling down had Callan taking a look at his situation even before Olivia was on the scene, she was the right woman at the right time and when you get to take a peek at what they have it is easy to see that they were made for each other.
I loved the pace of the story, it didn’t meander, it was fairly forthright, Callan and Olivia were a strong couple and with the ties of friendship that surrounded the two of them and their social circle I think they stood the trials and tribulations of keeping their relationship to themselves fairly well.
Every word held my attention, every paragraph had my anticipation building …superb.
